- QA Process Assessment – This service is for customers looking to determine how to improve overall performance, or expanding their testing and QA
process. The QA Process Assessment is a 3 to 5 week assessment that examines the QA process and encompasses organization, process interaction,
tools, compliance to standards, and overall effectiveness. The QA process assessment report is designed to highlight both the strengths and the
weaknesses in the QA process and present guidance on how to address the issues or reach quality goals.
- QA Strategy Development - Softworld’s QA Strategy Development is a strategic planning service designed to help clients build complete QA
strategies that drive down development costs and insure that business capabilities are delivered quickly and effectively. The Strategy Development
service provides the Senior QA resources and processes to help redefine the overall QA strategy so it is in alignment with business quality and
performance goals.
- Test Coverage Assessment – This Strategic service is designed to (1) assess the state of the Service Level Agreements in place that define
performance requirements of critical business systems and (2) assess the capability of the existing systems to meet SLA’s as defined.
Options include:
- Assess current test scenarios and scripts to determine coverage and compliance with current application functionality and service levels.

- Assess existing scripts for complexity and automation ability and develop an overall approach and project plan.
- Classify all existing scripts into categories for planning purposes. Use classification to plan and coordinate a test automation effort.
- Test Automation Services – Softworld’s test automation services address our clients need for the availability of a consistent, high quality team
designed to:
- Manage the process of script generation.
- Develop test automation scripts and procedures from backlogs of existing manual test scripts.
- Create new automated test scripts as necessary to meet current test needs as identified by both Softworld and the client.
- Work with the client to verify automated scripts and assist in transitioning client test teams to automated script processes.
- Provide a consistent and systematic delivery channel and management process for flexible resources.
- Assist clients to drive down overall costs for test automation and test execution.
- Test Plan Development - Softworld will perform an assessment of existing scripts and the Q/A test environment. The assessment will analyze the
coverage and compliance with current applications’ functional and service requirements. The analysis will produce a documented classification to be
utilized as a roadmap to update and automate current test procedures and processes.
- QA Outsourcing – Softworld’s QA practice includes the capability to fully outsource your QA functionality by providing experienced QA teams to work
at your facility or to support or augment outsourced QA functionality. Our service scales from single resources to entire QA support teams.
