Our Process
Softworld’s government project and staff augmentation service is designed to work within the development process and project lifecycle of your IT initiatives. Throughout the project’s life, a dedicated Softworld Tactical Program manager works with our world class recruiting team to find the best resources available that fit within the cost model and budget for your project.
Resources are tightly coordinated and allocated with your project manager to ensure the project plan is executed effectively and all resource expenses are focused on project delivery.
The overall process is composed of the following items:
- Define the project resource model
- Determine the budget for each task
- Manage the recruiting process
- Coordinate resource management with client the project manager
- Document the project resource plan
