By developing a proactive staffing support model we ensure the resources needed to drive a successful project are there when—and only when—needed with the skills and knowledge to complete the tasks at hand. This just in time model streamlines costs and minimizes project risks because resources are not waiting (burning dollars in the process) for their tasks to begin, and projects are not held up waiting for resources to be found.
