Spanish banking giant needed to increase capabilities to align with U.S. compliance, regulatory and cybersecurity regulatory guidelines and meet aggressive compliance dates. The bank required a very fast process to identify, select and onboard 15 consultants within 45 days. As projects evolved, the bank wanted flexibility to convert certain consultants to permanent associates.
Between April 15 and June 30, Softworld worked on 15 specific roles, interviewing dozens of candidates, and recommended the top 2-3 for each role to the bank’s hiring managers. All 15 contractors were hired and started their assignments on the schedule requested.
Consultants were quickly integrated to the various teams and met deliverables to assist the bank on their compliance initiatives. All consultants completed their assignments. Eight were eventually hired as permanent employees, and one was engaged on a second contract. Softworld continues to provide services to Santander and their technology affiliates Isban and Produban.
