Jonathan Anderson joined Softworld in July 2006. In his current role as Vice President of Professional Development, he is dedicated to impacting all aspects of career, positional and financial growth across the entire recruiting organization. He built Softworld’s Recruiting Excellence Program, a blend of written material, workshops and intensive training classes for all levels of recruiting professionals across all divisions of the company. Jonathan also serves as the architect and executive stakeholder of Softworld’s Enterprise Recruiting Team training program, a recurring 4-week intensive class catered to introduce entry level recruiters into the industry. Jonathan additionally supports Softworld’s sales and delivery services operations as a contributing manager to all aspects of organizational leadership.
Jonathan has held multiple managerial and individual contributor recruiting roles within Softworld, and brings nearly 20 years of overall information technology staffing experience including both a large nationwide firm and a more regionalized startup division.
Jonathan received a Bachelor of Arts from Stonehill College, where he majored in communication and history.
