Mark joined Softworld in June 2011. He is responsible for architecting the Softworld Recruiting Program and leading recruiting teams across the country. This includes search strategies, consultant care, creation of custom client delivery models, and advanced screening programs. Mark works closely with Softworld clients to align our delivery engine to their specific hiring needs.
Mark has been in IT staffing since 2002, and his experience ranges from startups to large national staffing firms. He is a career recruiting specialist having held many positions within staffing including technical recruiter, practice lead, recruiting manager, and director of delivery. He has a long track record of success delivering talent to clients across the country using a thorough and disciplined recruiting approach that puts the needs of both clients and consultants first. In addition to building high-performing recruiting teams, Mark has been successful in creating new practices, opening new locations and launching new divisions aimed at meeting the specialized needs of clients and consultants.
