We have been closely monitoring the impact COVID-19 (coronavirus) is having on worksites across the country.  Softworld is communicating with our clients frequently to stay on top of the most current workplace rules our clients are implementing.  We are committed to getting you information about your workplace as quickly and as accurately as we can.  However, because of the rapid response, you may receive notifications and instructions from the client that we are not aware of.  Softworld is focused on moving swiftly to protect the health and safety of all our consultants.  We ask that you share any updates or instructions regarding your assignment and workplace as soon as you receive them.  This will allow us to assist any way we can and coordinate any alternative work scenarios our client makes available to you.  It is important and critical that you plan ahead now to mitigate any disruption to your work.

If you have not provided already, please send answers to these critical questions to your Recruiter or Softworld Consultant Care (consultantcare@softworldinc.com) or fill out the form below. Be sure to let them know if there have been any changes to these items.

  • Have you received any information or instructions from your manager about working from home?
  • Do you have the appropriate computing equipment at home to continue your work remotely?  Are you able to use your personal computing device or are you required to use client equipment?
  • Do you have adequate internet speed at home that would allow you to do your work remotely?

Updates are coming out quickly, and again we ask that you forward these to either your recruiter or Softworld Consultant Care as soon as you receive them.  Even if your worksite has not mandated working from home, it is important to prepare in advance if is made available to you.
